Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration or assessment process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Fees for assessments and consultancy sessions must be paid in advance. Due to the digital and personalized nature of our reports and time-allocated consultancy, fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the report generated. Any refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of VN Edu Consultants.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to assessment methodologies, report formats, logos, and text, is the property of VN Edu Consultants or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

VN Edu Consultants and Dr. Vivek Nagar provide recommendations based on professional analysis and established psychometric principles. However, career success and personal growth depend on numerous external factors. We do not guarantee specific academic or professional outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
